I love this little .357.

It is the smallest .357 revolver I have owned.

I know there are others just as small but this is the first one that ever called out to me "Take me home."

Singe action trigger pull is a crisp 4lb, 10oz

The double action pull is very smooth and controllable. I have  been a Smith and Wesson fan my whole life. Well - since the late 50's. I hate to admit it but the double action pull  on this little .357 is smoother than my favorite S& W Model 36. By smoother, I mean that the front sight wobbles less when I am firing double action.

It is a finely made handgun.  Fit and finish are excellent.  The engraving is very nice. There is none of that grating feeling and no rattling parts that you occasionally have with lesser quality handguns.

Unfortunately you probably can't find one of these little gems but the Ruger standard version SP-101 is available in 2.25, 3.06, and 4.2 inch Barrel lengths. They are identical but without the wood inserts in the grip and without the engraving.

Accuracy is excellent.
